The office in Hamburg is the centre of competence
for Public Law.
The office has a staff of five lawyers (Rechtsanwälte) as senior partners, one permanent employee and several free-lance assistants. The lawyers of the Hamburg office work in the areas of administrative law for trade and industry, privatisation of public services and organisations, public private partnerships, company law, energy and environmental law and licencing and planning procedures. Their clients are companies as well as corporations and state and local authorities. A specialty of the Hamburg lawyers is out-of-court mediation of social, economical or political conflicts with legal consequences. |
