In
the law firm Kuhbier, the office in Frankfurt am Main is the centre of
competence for Private Law.
The office is comprised of a staff of two lawyers (Rechtsanwälte), all senior partners of Kuhbier, two permanent employees and several free-lance assistants. They work in the areas of commercial and industrial relations law, copyright, media law and legal protection of commerce. The Frankfurt office focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises, active in the markets of energy, especially renewable energy, information technology, communication media, design and traditional industries. Clients, both individual and collective, come from throughout Germany, though its activities are naturally focused on the Rhein-Main-area. We are in touch with the business world of Frankfurt am Main. This office has helped to found and is member of Interjures©, an international network of lawyers, revenue consultants and chartered accountants with foreign branch offices in Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia and Poland. It has successfully accompanied several start-ups, the foundation of enterprises on the new markets, and their financial and commercial development. There exists close in-house-cooperation with local revenue consultants and chartered accountants. With two specialists for industrial relations and labour law (Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht) it offers a range of highly qualified legal services under one roof. Since 1993, the office has operated a branches in Athens with two Greek lawyers, one a senior partner of Kuhbier. |
